A modest monthly care plan catches these things early, which is almost always cheaper and calmer than an emergency fix. We maintain the sites we build and plenty we didn't, with plans organized by platform, because a custom-built site, a WordPress site, and a Squarespace site each have different moving parts.

Squarespace sites
Squarespace keeps its own software updated, so a Squarespace site does not need technical patching from us. What owners usually need help with is the human side: text and image swaps, publishing blog posts, small layout edits, and a regular check that everything still works. Our Squarespace Care plan covers exactly that for $49 per month.

What maintenance covers, and what it doesn't
Maintenance plans are built to keep a healthy site healthy, so it helps to be clear about the edges. All plans are available on monthly, 1-year, or 3-year terms, with multi-site discounts, and you can cancel anytime.
Unless it is stated in a written proposal, plans do not include major redesigns, advanced integrations, e-commerce setup, malware cleanup, emergency recovery, hosting issues outside our control, premium plugins, or third-party subscriptions, and unused time does not roll over. If your site needs more than upkeep, a care plan is not the right tool, and we will say so. A dated or underperforming site is usually better served by our website redesign service.

Bigger jobs, like malware cleanup or emergency recovery, are not part of a monthly plan; we scope them separately and quote them in writing before any work begins.
